Elizabeth Street Primary School has a comprehensive Student Wellbeing Program. The aim of our Student Wellbeing Program is to provide evidence based support to students and families so that they can maximise their experience at ESPS. In our team we have a designated Wellbeing Officer who provides on-the-spot support to students and long-term interventions. Our Principal and Teachers play a significant role in the Wellbeing of our students, as do the Education Department’s experts from the Student Support Services team. Other initiatives include our popular Breakfast club – run entirely by staff and parents who volunteer their time, our “Sensory Gardens” for students who benefit from movement breaks. We work closely with community agencies, charities and local businesses who all donate resources to provide the best outcomes for our students. We also run a friendship space in a designated indoor space during recess and lunch for students to develop their social skills.
Our School nurse is Marie.

The PSNP is designed to identify children with potential health-related learning difficulties and to respond to parent/carer concerns and observations about their child's health and wellbeing. In certain circumstances free health assessments may also be offered to primary school students in years 1 to 6.
Other activities offered by the program may include formal and informal health education and health promotion to the school community.
Moe Primary School is located on the traditional land of the Gunaikurnai people. We pay our respect to the land this organisation stands on today. We bestow the same courtesy to all other First Peoples, past and present, who now reside in this region.
